Biographical Information

Ifeanyi Osili received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree in 1950 and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering in 1955 from Purdue University. After obtaining his degree, Osili worked with the State Highway Department of Indiana. He returned to his native country of Nigeria in 1958 and became the Coordinating Director of Federal Highways for the Republic of Nigeria.
