Class of 1909 Meeting Minutes
This volume contains the Class of 1909 meeting minutes and adopted resolutions relating to class member activities and reunions. Insights into the annual tank scrap between freshmen and sophomores, class business and elections of various positions are described. Class members are listed in the first alumni meeting (pp.76-87). All notes are collected in one bound volume.
Stewart Center records
The Stewart Center records contain floor plans and materials related to the building's construction and correspondence between Dr. John H. Moriarty and various distinguished groups and individuals invited to the dedication ceremony. A program from the first student play held in Loeb Playhouse is also contained within the collection as well as several library documents.
Ross-Ade Stadium records
The Ross-Ade Stadium Records contains two information pamphlets about Ross-Ade Stadium and the Ross-Ade Foundation, one from 1924 and one from 1925. They list members of the Ross-Ade Foundation as well as provide information about the recreational field and stadium.
Lawson Computer Science Building records
The Lawson Computer Science Building records contains an information booklet about the building and its donors and two blank greeting cards featuring an illustration of the building on the front.

Lilly Hall of Life Sciences records
The Lilly Hall of Life Sciences records document the planning, development, and construction of Lilly Hall. It consists of correspondence, technical drawings, floor plans, maps, architect construction specifications, photographs and negatives, reviews of life science buildings at other institutions, and reports of departmental needs for the new building. Also included are two booklets advertising the building following its completion.
Purdue Bell Tower records
The Purdue Bell Tower records contain a brochure about the Bell Tower acknowledging the Class of 1948 and their contributions as well as a list of items placed in the 1995 time capsule meant to be opened in 2095.
Class of 1950 Lecture Hall records
The Class of 1950 Lecture Hall records contain a dedication ceremony invitation as well as an information booklet discussing details of the building.
Fowler Hall records
The Fowler Hall records contain materials related to the dedication of Eliza Fowler Hall and its organ.
Michael Golden Shops records
The Michael Golden Shops records contain invitations and pamphlets from the building dedication as well as an information pamphlet describing the building and the classes offered by the Department of Practical Mechanics.

The Pharmacy Building records contain an information pamphlet from the first annual Pharmacy Night. It includes information about the Pharmacy program at Purdue as well as the building and what services were offered within.
Horticulture Building records
The Horticulture Building records contain the program from the building's dedication in 1926 and associated booklet "Indiana Horticulture: A Story of Horticultural Progress Prepared in Connection with the Dedication of the Horticultural Building, Purdue University." The booklet provides a brief history of horticulture in Indiana and lists the programs offered in the building at the time.
Elliott Hall of Music records
The Elliott Hall of Music records contain information about the building dedication in 1940, past performances, brochures, and a safety plan for the building drafted in 1960. The collection also includes five large albums containing photos and autographs of the acts who performed at the Hall of Music between its dedication ceremony in 1940 and 1965; notable figures include Bob Hope, Duke Ellington, Ella Fitzgerald, and Clement Attlee.
France A. Córdova Recreational Sports Center records
The France A. Córdova Recreational Sports Center records contain four information booklets about the Recreational Gymnasium and Recreational Sports, including a layout of the facility.

The Electrical Engineering Building records contain an article discussing the building as well as invitations to the dedication ceremony of the Thomas Duncan Addition to the building.

The Locomotive Testing Plant records contain an information booklet providing details about the facility and floorplans of the plant as well as technical drawings of locomotives.

Purdue University Physical Plant records
The Purdue University Physical Plant records contain an engineering survey of the plant completed by C. Francis Harding and Gilbert A. Young in 1921, a guide to the services provided by the Physical Plant published in the 1970s, and an organizational chart from 1989.
John Wendling photograph collection
The John Wendling photograph collection contains photographs and postcards from the international and domestic travels of John Wendling. He took pictures of several places in South America as well as the United States.
