Biographical Information

Edward S. Akeley was a Purdue University graduate student in Physics. After earning his degree in Physics, he became a Physics professor at Purdue. Edward was an avid art collector and after his death, his wife Anna donated his collection to multiple institutions, one being Purdue Galleries.
