Sarah Macy Dicks Stevens was born November 23, 1838, in Harveysburg, Ohio to Sally Johnson and Nathan Dicks. She is the mother of Martha Stevens Mills and spouse of Moses Cobb Stevens. She died on January 5, 1924, in DeLand, Florida.
